DMCA & Copyright

FlickAtlas respects the intellectual property of others. FlickAtlas is an information website only: we do not host, stream or offer downloads of copyrighted films, shows or music, and we do not link to pirated video. Movie titles, posters and artwork shown on our pages remain the property of their respective studios and rights holders, and appear here only for identification and editorial purposes.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you are a rights holder (or act for one) and you believe material on FlickAtlas infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice by email with the following details:

✉ Email Us

  • Identification of the copyrighted work — what the work is, and proof that you own it or act for the owner.
  • The location of the material — the exact FlickAtlas page URL where the material appears.
  • Your contact details — name, email address and, if applicable, postal address.
  • A good-faith statement — that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  • An accuracy statement — that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
  • Your signature — a physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every notice promptly. If a notice is complete and valid, we remove or disable access to the material concerned. We may also contact the person who provided the material. Notices that are incomplete or clearly invalid may be returned with a request for the missing details.

Counter-notices

If material you provided was removed following a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. Please include identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken, your name and contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a court where you can be sued. We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant, who may then seek a court order.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or sources that repeatedly provide infringing material will have that material removed and may be blocked from contributing further.
